Packages: The Ruby Plan

Photographer- Elegant and unique photos, engagement session and or bridal session, minimum of 6 hours of coverage, your choice of several different packages which may include custom leather album, DVD slideshow, mini art books with 20 4 x6 images, a 20 page signature album or signature frame and unique coffee table book.

Videographer- 2 or more cameras at ceremony and reception, no time limit, memories video photo montage with up to 60 photos and 3 songs, highlights of rehearsal set to music, dressing location coverage, pre- ceremony vignette, wedding day highlights, ending credits, 3 DVD copies, up to 30 interactive chapters and a custom designed DVD case.

Flowers- Choose from or a combination of: callas, mini callas, orchids, stephanotis, lilies, roses, gerber daisies, snapdragons, hydrangea, hypericum berries, sweet peas, spray roses, larkspur and mixed greens. Included: bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 boutonnieres (mini calla), 2 corsages (mini callas or orchids), 2 one sided alter arrangements, 13 centerpieces (tall mixed arrangement in silver trumpet case or Eiffel Tower vase, or full low arrangement).

DJ- 4 hours of music and MC

Cake- Elegant and detailed custom fondant or butter cream design- you choose the design and flavors.

Catering- Sample Menu choices:

  1. Passed hors d’oeuvre- artichoke spread on toast points, miniature baked brie with strawberry preserves and sautéed mushroom caps stuffed with seasoned sausage

  2. Dinner- mixed greens salad with herb vinaigrette, breast of chicken filled with Virginia ham and sage, roasted baby new potatoes and fresh rosemary, sugar snap peas with red bell pepper julienne, assorted rolls and butter, iced tea

Or

  1. Passed hors d’oeuvre- miniature baked brie with strawberry preserves, sliced bruschetta, mesquite grilled chicken breast pieces wrapped with fresh leaf spinach and served with Dijon honey mustard

  2. Dinner- mixed greens salad with assorted dressings, charbroiled tenderloin of beef brushed with garlic butter, grilled and served with sauce béarnaise, wild rice pilaf, medley of fresh steamed vegetables, assorted rolls and butter, iced tea

Or

  1. Broiled salmon remoulade prepared in lemon, white wine and butter, finished with a coarse ground Dijon mustard glaze and fresh dill, wild rice pilaf, medley of fresh steamed vegetables, assorted rolls and butter, iced tea

The plan is based on 100 people and is adjustable based on the actual number of people attending.

The plan allows for upgrading and downgrading options. For example, a couple may choose the sapphire plan, but upgrade to the emerald photography package. The price will be adjusted to reflect the upgrades or downgrades.

Sample menus are just that. Additional menu options are available in each plan and can be discussed in further detail.

Alcohol is not priced in the options. Please add $1500.00 per hour for full open bar, based on 100 people. Cash bar is also allowed.
